The staff is really nice. Comfortable beds. Not so good: we got a single instead of a double room and the airconditioning wasn't working. We would use this hotel again for a cheap layover. Tip: free parking At Night In The Street in front of the hotel.

The location is great, just 10 walk minutes to the main train station, and is really easy to find. The staff are friendly and speaks good English.

On the other hand...

The bed preference was not met, whereby I wanted one large bed and got two separate beds just put together. There was no possiblity to change this and sleeping on the small bed was just not great. The whole hotel is kind of old and somewhat outdated. Per se it's not really bad for a 3-star hotel, but again the price is pretty high, which, in my opinion, can't be justified by the location. The breakfast was charged about 5 Euro, which is just ok for it's quality and variety.

A really good value place to stay right in the centre of Hannover, only a few minutes walk from the central station and the zoo is also within walking distance. The room was spacious u0026 comfortable and a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of items was included, which was a great start to each day's travelling.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but spoke a little quietly so we often found it hard to understand them (in both German and English).

The reception is also only open until 10pm, and as our flight into Hannover arrived late we had to rush to make it before the cut-off point, and you also have to hurry back to the hotel before 10pm if you require anything from reception. For some reason this also means that the lift doesn't operate after 10pm; I imagine this can be a bit disturbing if you have a room near the stairs as you'll have a lot of guests marching past your room each night, but this didn't affect us as we had a room near the top of the hotel.

Location was good as it is a short walk from Hannover HBF. I guess around 600m

Check in was a breeze. Took maybe 10mins.

Room: Size of room was good. Very clean and comfortable. I had a balcony with my room so smoking was no issue.

The AC was just like fan with no cold air and adjusting the thermostat did nothing. I guess this is normal for this country. But is was a warm summer and this was not too comfortable. Keeping the doors and windows open helped. There is no mini fridge in the room. For the price cannot complain.

Breakfast was better than I expected.

I stayed for 2 days and enjoyed my stay.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and they have a modern style. There's free WLAN access and parking lots for 10€ for 24h are acceptable and fair for this region. The employees are kind and the service is always good.

The hotel room looked fine, but there’s no air conditioning in the hotel. we booked two rooms here, so at least we have two samples. There’s a device that looks like a split air conditioner in both rooms, but both were just blowing warm air. I believe long time ago it was functioning, but due to lack of service the cooling agent has leaked or somehow disappeared, making it just a fan. Personnel seems to pretend that they have a working cooling system. Due to this lie, definitely not a recommended stay.

P.S. To be fair, I’d mention that it seems hard to find air conditioning in Germany in general.

The hotel celebrated 50 years in 2006 - unfortunately it hasn’t been updated since it’ s beginning. Half is broken and the rest is outdated. Bed was good and location is ok but it was not like the pictures.
