Really nicely decorated room and throughout the hotel, had a very modern look. Room and bathroom were both very clean, bed was comfy and WiFi and TV were both good. Met two members of staff and they were both friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location right in between two underground stations and there are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as well as a large park. Plenty of parking behind the hotel however at the moment the barrier closes between 2300 and 0800 hours but this was not an issue. Cannot fault the hotel it was perfect would definitely stay again.

Nice and clean little rooms. Beds are good quality. Will definitly come back.

Nice and clean room. Very good location near restaurants and bars. Parking possible in the back however on a parking area that's closed at night. Breakfast was temporarily "to go" from the reception but fine as well.

Beautiful building. Very clean and modernly designed room. Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff.

Only four stars because of the breakfast, which was adequate but not what I’ve come to expect from breakfast buffets in other German hotels: A rather limited range of warm food, cold sausage and fruit. The various yoghurts and cream cheeses looked appealing but as absolutely nothing was labeled, I couldn’t tell what they were and didn’t want to risk taking the wrong thing. I expected much more seeing that the breakfast is prepared in the MAZZA kitchen (I assume). Pity.

Massively overpriced. Made a reservation weeks ago. On the day I arrived, similar rooms were available for a considerable lower rate. I asked to get a better rate but the staff refused with the reason "that's the business".

Room was okay. Tiny bathroom though and in general not a great atmosphere.

Really nice, clean hotel, the staff is great. The restaurant is ok and tasty food. Hotel is well situated for my business trip
