The hotel itself is fine. They don't offer much by way of amenities - no gym, no restaurant, small rooms, few in-room facilities (small kettle and a minibar) and breakfast is basic; however, the reception area has a nice design, the rooms are clean, and the staff are mostly very friendly! I had a particularly nice exchange with Birol Dag. The hotel has a fairly good location and worked for my business trip.

It was a great stay at NH hotel in Hamburg! Good location and great personnel. I had issues with sleeping and in the middle of the night went down to the receptionist named Birol who provided me with earplugs and sleep mask. Great guy!

We arrived very late at night after having our flight cancelled. Birol the receptionist went well beyond his job to make us feel welcomed. Rooms are very modern and extremely nice. 10/10 would highly recommend. Short trip into town on the underground

Like this NH hotel chain. Tried one in Roma, found the same spirit in Hamburg. Friendly and professional staff, very helpful. Clean and nice room, breakfast buffet is well served, hotel located in a quiet area. Parking available

Nice small rooms, no coffee/Thea facilities in room. Breakfast way to overpriced, very little choice. For me not a 4 star hotel.

Best greetings for Mr. Dag! Really good barman and receptionist. Hotel is serving a good breakfasts. The place is cosy, and is localised in really nice part of Hamburg.

We are in NH Hamburg Mitte with a group and everything is amazing, the professionals who work there are lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean. We will be back.
