Really bad costumer service. The shop was supposed to open at 9:30 and only started to take costumers in at 10:30. I wanted to make some new contracts with Vodafone and the woman in the shop told me she was not able to, that I should come back later. I wasted 1 hour of my time.

After being misled by a phone call I received from the Vodafone company I was infuriated to find out that my payment for the service was doubled, even though I was reassured a number of times it wouldn't.
I went to the Vodafone in the Phoenix-Center, and received what I can only describe as the best service I've ever had in Germany.
Mr. Rilind Alijaj has temporarily restored my faith in the Vodafone company awaiting the company's response to my letter.
Mr. Rilind Alijaj was extremely helpful, patient and professional going above and beyond to help me!
If I choose to stay with Vodafone I will only come back to speak with Mr. Rilind Alijaj.
