The burgers are good but the concept where you have to order yourself and get your own cutlery at the bar and then get served at the table is a bit disorienting for a dinner night out. It feels like an unclear mix fast food and restaurant food. The vegetarian burger and sweet potato fries were good though.

Nice place With a pleasant atmosphere. Burgers and specifically the sweet potatoe fries were really tasty. However, didn’t like to have to order the food at the counter and also pick up your own cutlery.

Our burger that we ordered medium rare came not medium rare at all. It was burnt. Its not so obvious in the picture but it was so burnt that it was crispy and i could totally taste that it was burnt. Even without the burnt part into consideration, i found the burger pretty average. There are better places in Hamburg to eat with less money as well. I will not return to this place.

Amazing burgers and delicious fries. The loaded fries come with a cheese sauce, pulled pork and jalapeños. Oh my god, so good. Staff is super friendly and they play awesome music (well, if you are into 90s, that is)

When in Hamburg - get a hamburger at this joint. They do the whole bun and meat thing to perfection - and with a twist.
Fries are sweet potato and the shakes are made to clog your arteries (but it’s worth it).

One of the best vegetarians burgers I’ve ever tasted! The personal is friendly and the quantity of food is enough! For me just the salad could be better..

I only tried the fries, but damn. Those fries are amazing. I highly recommend getting the truffle mayo with the fries, it's an awesome combination.
