Six nights in Sylc: Spacious bathroom: good shower, hot water. The towel collection system took some getting used to. I would like it to be cleaned a little more often than once a week.

Well equipped kitchen.

Bed mattresses a bit too hard.

Nice seating area: only sofa and chair looked a bit grubby.

Lots of choice at breakfast and friendly staff.

A bit far to walk to the center, but very doable with public transport.

All in all a hotel to return to Hamburg. (But then Rammstein has to do that too)

We we’re staying here for one night to see Rammstein ! The front desk on check in was very friendly. Unfortunately our level as well as our room wasn’t very clean and had a funny smell, fingerprints from previous guest everywhere and the vacuum hasn’t been used in our room either by the looks of it. At breakfast the organisation collapsed as there were too many guests and not enough capacity. The pre booked breakfast couldn’t be refunded and the front desk (Musti) wasn’t very helpful with this matter.
On the flip side, the bed was very comfy and the windows soundproofed as planes were going right over our place.

Stayed for about 8 days! Overall it was good.

*Reducing one star for offering stained cutlery and plates during breakfast. (You always have to wipe off something).
*Reducing one more star for those noises the LED stripes behind the bed make, after turning them off while they cool down or something.

People at the reception and eatery are very helpful and welcoming :)

Feels more like home than a typical hotel. The little kitchen is great for small meals when you don't feel like or can't go out. Breakfast had plenty of selection even right before the end.

The apartments are great, just be careful and read the full description of the apartment you want to book. The location is not so good so you need a car or you have a bus stop near.

big apartment; very good bathroom for disabled (important for us)

Clean and looks modern. But there is no conditioner in the room we have to keep open windows during the night, parking is for separate 10 EUR and for the breakfast there are very tiny portions, better to eat outside.
