The fish was good, buttery and cooked very well. The staff was nice, and although I didn't speak German, nor they English, they helped me order a tasty meal. I had Backfisch with Nord sea crab, potatoes and a mayo-like sauce.

If you like fish then this is the place for you. The restaurant is right on the harbour, very easy accessible and very close to famous landmarks. A window seat guarantees a beautiful view on Hamburg. I opted for the fish soup and the fish platter with grilled vegetables instead potatoes. And I was delighted with the quality of the fish, the preparation and the excellent service. The Störtebeker is a must for fish reastaurant lovers!

Decent location but the food wasn’t great. The waiter didn’t time the courses at all, we had a small table and he would bring the next course before we finished the previous. Main course was grilled octopus and grilled salmon, both were cold when we got to eat them. Otherwise friendly guy.
Not eating here again tho.

At this restaurant they are offering good fish for an adequate cost. The staff is very friendly. We didn't have to wait long, even though there were a lot of people here. I had a Dorade Royal with salted potatoes and it was really tasty. There are many travelers here and I would recommend to reserve a table.

The food is good and well prepared
Make sure your table is by the window so you can enjoy the view on the harbour.

Very comfortable atmosphere and nice staffs. And very good food.
