A classy and affordable hotel. The foyer is impressive. The staff are professional and friendly.
The ground floor bar area is cosy and dark but for a full experience go to the 20 Up bar to see the views.
The room I had was great - comfortable with a great view of the river and local area.
However, tread carefully in the local area as its a checker-board of experiences.

The location is brilliant and the front desk was spot on. The rooms were very quiet and their design was very functional. Our main problem was with the booking transparency of the rooms. It said "some rooms have a view to the river" but of course we ended up with one at a very low floor painting to the backside looking at some buildings. Sure, not everyone can have a view, but at least they can manage my expectations when I book my room. Luckily the great reception could help us out a bit. Plus even tho we were on the 6th floor after a room change, we could still hear the bass of the bar/club on the roof. I wouldn't want to imagine how loud it is even higher up.

Located at a perfect spot, walking distance from S1 station, river bank and main city. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The 20Up bar is a perfect spot for a drink and a view.
The staff is super nice

Very nice hotel. Great location and the breakfast buffet was also very nice. I will be happy to visit again.

This is a very good hotel to discover Hamburg and his harbour. The breakfast and the view at the 20th floor bar are just fantastic.

Great hotel. The service is exceptional. The location is good. It does requires to either take a taxi or to take a 15-20 mins walk to main attraction or shopping areas, but it's not a problem.
