Very expensive and we had to change seat almost 10 times to find a seat where both headphone jacks actually worked. That was in vain because it was almost impossible to hear anything in the headphones due to very high volume in the loudspeakers with German voice. Cranked up the volume to dangerous levels to hear anything just to learn that it was a complete sleeping pill. Want off after about 30min and did not jump on again. Avoid!

Ticket is only good for one line/route out of multiple - although it’s advertised as “Hop on - Hop off”, you can’t switch lines, even though it’s the same company. That’s fine if that’s the business model, but the advertising is very misleading. I wouldn’t have purchased had I been informed by the sales clerk.

Average tour, high price, mediocre service.

Hated it. The guide barely spoke English and when he did, it was not comprehensible. Do not pretend to know 5 languages when you're going to give the entire tour in German. Also OVERPRICED!!!

If you are looking for an office to go and inquire, don't. Nothing found at this address although showed open hours. It's most probably, only web based service
