Hi,

I booked a flight with STA from Hamburg to San Francisco in 2014. It was supposed to be a flexible ticket which stated that I could rebook the date in case something happens. Well, my visa process took longer and I wanted to change my flight accordingly. The customer service booked some flight and needed my confirmation per e-mail which I did not look up. I did not receive a call. The ticket wasn't rebooked to a week ahead. It wasn't refunded.

I charge interest of 11% p.a. on a 800€ waste.

Marie M. at STA Travel Lange Reihe 94 is so helpful! She was quickly able to find me a great deal on one-way flights to and from Canada. Her happy and laid back personality calmed me as I was in a hurry to purchase my tickets. Thank you Marie for helping me get back home for Christmas! I will buy from STA Travel again :)

Counseling appointments were canceled several times by telephone; Tickets (which I ordered at the beginning of June 2022) were not there 2.5 months later, and I have been waiting for a binding invoice for 2.5 months. The 'advising' colleague answered me succinctly that it was due to software problems and that my booking was not a priority anyway.
I will definitely not recommend the travel agency and can only give an extremely poor rating for the service.

Mit dem STA-Reisebüro in der Lange Reihe und dem dortigen Service bin ich total unzufrieden!
Mehrfach wurden Beratungstermine per Telefon abgesagt; Tickets (die ich Anfang Juni 2022 in Auftrag gegeben habe) waren 2,5 Monate später noch nicht da, und auch auf eine verbindliche Rechnung warte seit 2,5 Monaten. Die ,beratende’ Kollegin hat mir lapidär geantwortet, es läge an Softwareproblemen, und meine Buchung sei sowieso keine Priorität.
Ich werde das Reisebüro auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen und kann nur eine äußerst schlechte Bewertung für den Service abgeben.

Ich habe im Mai einen Flug von Hamburg nach Entebbe gebucht. Christian hat mich telefonisch ud per Mail beraten, sehr flexibel, all meine Wünsche berücksichtigt. Noch nie habe ich so entspannt einen Flug gebucht.
Bei meinem Sohn wurde sein Rückflug gecancelt. Auch hier sorgte Christian für eine schnelle Lösung.
Auch meinen Flug im Oktober, habe ich bei Sta Travel gebucht. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen.
