The room smelled terribly of mould and excessive chemicals (like cleaning products) and the air was barely breathable with the window closed. Mould stains on the wall. Bedsheets smelled like the didn't dry fully, same smell of moist. Window not renovated and old, closes poorly and doesn't isolate sound. Could barely sleep, left early in the morning after a single night and lost the money paid for two nights. Ruined my entire weekend.

Worst welcome ever, the staff wasn't even at the hotel to give us our room and check us in. We were supposed to receive important information, that we never got. Communication was very bad. The room only had one small window that was difficult to open. The bathroom was very small. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom, as there was only a small plastic curtain that wasn't usefull at all. The sink was barely big enough to wash your hands. At our arrival we had trouble finding our room and we couldn't communicate with the staff. Also, the room smelled bad as soon as we got in, we had to open the only window and hope that it would go away.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, it never worked and the staff never showed up to fix it.
Location was not too bad, there is a bus stop quite close to the place.
The place was generally clean.
Do not recommend going there.

Its perfect and a pretty cheap price, for Germany standards. A really nice, a bit romantic, room with a perfect shower (really wide and warm). Your key is just in the door and you get a code to get into apartement, you pay when you want to. Its close to the partyplace (reeperbahn) and Ericka's eck is a close cheap restaurant (weird woman, she's not so fast, and at every table there is a reserved sign while its often not reserved, but it's cheap and delicious food), im going back to Hamburg.

Plus - Clean and good location - close to schanze and the reeperbahn
Cons - Small, paper thin walls meant we heard more than the fair share, the breakfast place they suggested was shut, nothing personal about the place, pretty pricey for what it is
Would not stay again if I was going back to Hamburg.

Beware of this people !.
They will confirm your reservation over the phone and ask you for your payment data.
Once they have jtr, and only then, they will tell you you have no reservation.
If you try to complain they will be no longer available.
