Honestly it was a life saver for me, when I first came to Hamburg, I didn't speak the language very well, so the representative from CityWohnen (Mr Greving) helped making all communication in English including the contract/documents, I didn't even see the apartment before signing the contract due to my travel schedule, but it matched the advertised photos exactly, I stayed there for about 5 month, and the Handover was smooth, I kept everything in good shape, and the Landlord (Mr Peter) was as a delightful person and didn't try to make it any harder :) I'd definitely recommend to any travelers looking for a short time stay (3-12 months) specially new people in the city/country as most of your communication would be online.

The apartment is very comfy and useful with everything you need. The bed is great for a good rest. Besides is very convenient to go to the airport. It's about 10-15 min walking.
There's only a negative comment about the heating. When we arrived to the apartment at 7pm the heating was off. We're talking about January when the heating could be switched on before arriving, otherwise the room temperature could be 17°C. Anyway, I called to ask for an extra fan so we could use it to get warm quicker but, unfortunately, the answer was negative arguing that wasn't environmental friendly to switch on the heating before arrival and they don't provide any extra fan. When you're traveling that's not what you're expecting.

Room was nice, kitchenette and bathroom as well, but internet was very spotty, kept disconnecting.

Check-in was very straightforward. Late check-in gives you good instructions and you can find your key very quickly.
The early check-out wasn't a problem either!
Would book this accommodation again at any time on early flights.
The location to public transport is also ideal!

Super kleines aber schönes Zimmer! Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bad war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Flughafen (10min zu Fuß) macht die Lage sehr attraktiv.
Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert. Beim späten Check-In bekommt man eine gute Anweisung und findet seinen Schlüssel sehr schnell.
Der frühe Check-Out war ebenfalls kein Problem!
Würde diese Unterkunft bei frühen Flügen jederzeit wieder buchen.
Auch die Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bietet sich an!
