If you're looking to try traditional Hamburg cuisine, this place is definitely for you. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, great food.

However, menu is entirely on german, so if you don't understand the language, i suggest translation using Google Lens app.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had in Europe! The Roast Beef on the lunch special (valid Tues-Fri 12-2:30 PM) was amazing!

Delicious local cuisine, traditional decor. The Matjes dish was to die for! The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Recommended.

I loved this intimate old-fashioned place. North German fish specialities - I had the matjes herring with green beans u0026 lardons with fried potatoes, washed down with draught Bitburger. This place was a highlight. Reasonably priced too. I would definitely go there again.
