A really fun tour and totally worth the money, despite being slightly more expensive than other museum admissions. Our guide Laura was very informative, funny and very friendly. There were plenty of tasters and the opportunity to make your own chocolate bar which was wonderful

It is all about the chocolate. How they import the ingredient how to prepare them. Also there is English tour guide for non-German speakers. you will also design your own chocolate. That was amazing. try it!

Informative and enjoyable 1,5 hour, with a knowledgeable and nice guide Mandy.
We brought our daughter on 3, but would recommend waiting till the kids are 5-7 years old.
Everything was covered from the plants, to harvest and fermentation.
We saw machines that was used in the production of the chocolate

Our tour guide (I think her name was Em) was absolutely amazing! We have talked so much since the tour about how perfect she is as a guide, funny, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She made the experience worthwhile. Sadly I didn't think the actual tour was particularly interesting. I expected more, having been to a few chocolate factories.
This was just a look as some of the equipment that was set in motion for tourists. You don't see the actual factory, of their actual products, or packaging etc. It was a small demo.

Nice experience for chocolate. Can only go by tour. Can make your own chocolate. And taste the process of it. Great for all ages. English tour only 2 timing, the rest were in German.

Fun and exciting experience, the staff did a great job explaining things and giving out samples while answering questions patiently.

You get to decorate your own chocolate bar, some thought you could do your own chocolate from scratch, that's not the case.
