Summary: nice cute restaurant with a complex and well thought cuisine

What is missing to a Michelin start: make is more fresh (more lemon, etc) more sauce (just the halibut and the pork belly had sufficient sauce), no need to modify every classic dish

Amazing food!!! The food is absolutely delicious. The food menu shows the main ingredient of the dish, is simple and very beautiful.

The food is beautiful presented and the combination of the ingredients are very well thought.

The service is excellent!

The only downside was one of the last dessert, with hazelnut and caramel, it was extremely sweet, I would have enjoyed more if it was way less sweet.

Food partly good - service improvable

We started with very yummy oysters as greetings from the kitchen. Wow what a start!
We chose the vegetarian 6 meal course.
The main course (pic) was definitely the highlight for me. For the rest was a lot of taste missing. Especially in the desserts.
So overall not really value for money I would say.

The service was I found not really attentive and a bit unable to cope the full restaurant.
I have to admit that I drink a lot of water so my glass was quite some time empty.

A 33-year old chef created some of the finest cuisine I've had the pleasure to enjoy in my hometown of Hamburg. Simply great. And the restaurant's sommelier did his best to bring out additional flavors and favors ;). This place is brand new, sort-of secret - right in the middle of the red light district but a MUST for foodies and everyone who enjoys life. The staff is a true delight as well. Go there. Make them stay!!!

A very promising new restaurant with an ambitious chef. Nice location and minimalistic food. Very good service and wines. However, sometime the concept is a bit to sterile.

Unfortunately not a nice experience. I had looked forward to visiting this restaurant when i read a recommendation from a food critic. The waiter forgot to ask us if we wanted appetizers and it took about 45 mins before we got any drinks. Dishes were at most average (missing a bit of complexity and taste) and some of the wine pairing were below average. Especially a chocolate dessert paired with a spatlese riesling. The riesling tasted as expected, nothing with this combination. Considered leaving when the waitor got irritated because I did not want to eat a the skate end-piece I was served, since it was merely 80% bones. Not near worth spending almost 130 EUR.
