The hotel was okay overall. Good location. Good parking. Friendly staff. The room was quite small though. Especially the bathroom. There was a fan but no air-condition so it was very warm. Breakfast was not included. Was offered for around 12 euro. Some small things but as mentioned before, it was good overall.

My girlfriend and I slept over for one night. At check-in we were told that we were upgraded and we received the beautiful room you can see in the picture. Breakfast was great at a price of 10,50€ per person and all staff was very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it has served me perfectly two times now.

Clean. Good room. Great location. No complaints- well they could have given access to a kettle.

Nice hotel. Rooms are good. Nice place to stay for a couple of days. Food delivery to rooms are possible from outside. Nice hotel for short stays. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Shopping centre and food centers are very near. Even an Indian restaurant is near this Hotel. The hotel have WiFi to everyone who stays here. You only need to get the WiFi password card

Our stay was good. The location is just great, you're close to what you want to see in a wild Hamburg. The room was small but more than sufficient.
Our window didn't close properly and the light in the bathroom had some issues but that didn't make the stay more of an adventure and not less enjoyable

Our room was tidy. Seemed like the just enlarged themselves by adding the house left to the actual hotel, because we had to walk quite a bit trough tiny corridors until we got to our room.
The location is great, less than 5 minutes away you can find the Reeperbahn, as well as a public transportation station. Even tough the hotel is very close to nightlife, it was very calm and the bed was okay.
I'd come again, maybe they could add another door to the street, so one don't have to walk through the whole hotel.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, they offer parking in the street when they their parking lot is full. They didn't bother to help in finding a reasonable alternative.
Some rooms has a high step inside, and the warning sign is just in German and not very visible, especially when you open the door.

Noisy and awfully decorated. Needs an urgent renovation.
