Am Empfang sitzt schon seit Jahren der Herr Chaplin persönlich, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Kultfigur schlecht hin.

Heute gibt es Türkische Linsensuppe als Vorspeise, dazu Brot und als Hauptgang Hackbraten, mit frischen grünen Bohnen und Salzkartoffeln.

Die Suppe war klassisch gewürzt, mit einer gut dosierten Schärfe und frischer Zitrone.

Nun zum Hauptgang, ich liebe grüne Bohnen, besonders dann wenn sie nur mit Zwiebeln gedünstet sind und ohne Speck, das verdirbt den Bohnen Geschmack. Hier war es schön Knackig und bissfest dazu!

Zwei Scheiben Hackbraten, schön fest von der konsetens her, liegen hier wohl behütet in einer mit Merlot versetzten braunen Soße.
Schon als mir die überaus charmante
Bedienung den Teller auf den Tisch stellte, erhaschte mich dieser Rotwein Duft in der Soße , nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig, perfekt !

Qualität und Preisleistung sind hier, auch zur Mittagszeit, einfach unschlagbar.

Da lohnt sich auch eine weitere Anfahrt.
