Very clean and comfortable, great beds, very quiet. Large balcony facing a garden in the room. 3 minutes walk from U-bahn. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Room was not aired before we got there and Frau Hermann was nowhere to be found - we had to ring the owner to come and open up. While we were there for two and a half days the bathroom was never cleaned and the room was never aired or the bin emptied. It's a shame because we have stayed before and fell in love with the location (convenient for the airport and well served by the u - bahn) but it feels a bit neglected now.

Wir haben die Unterkunft während einer Messe un Hamburg genutzt.
Untergebracht waren wir im Apartment Swing. Die Unterkunft wird mit viel Herz von der Eigentümerin geführt. Man fühlt sich zuhause. Die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen sauber, das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ausreichend. Hier stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall. Von mir eine klare Wiederempfehlung.

Ich suchte nach einer zweckmäßigen Unterkunft, die unweit meiner Termine und unweit des Flughafens war.

So gesehen war es passend. Mehr allerdings nicht. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft, die allerdings einen ordentlichen Preis hat.

Daher muß man erwarten, daß Zimmer und Bad sauber sind. Staubschichten im frisch zu beziehenden Zimmer? Haare in der trockenen Dusche? Ebenso darf man erwarten, daß ein beworbener Fernseher auch funktioniert.

Fazit: Ich muß die Unterkunft nicht zahlen. Beim nächsten Mal in Hamburg, wird es ganz sicher eine andere Unterkunft werden.
