After the change of ownership and the remodel, this place is finally authentic. Must try the hot pot. It’s a set menu but very filling, terrific display, and great variety. The house hand made dumplings actually taste like the ones from back home (Northern China). Will come back again. The service is excellent and the owner cares a lot about your experience.

I ordered a Chinese "duck" soup. I would give the soup a 3 out of 10, if not a 2.5.
I don't know how to describe the soup, but it was kind of dreadful and disgusting.
Let's with the duck: there was no actual duck inside. If you would put these small little pieces together, you would have a 3cm slice of duck meat. Then don't call it duck soup.
Next thing: how is this Chinese? I know that you can't anything real Chinese in Germany, but the way it tasted and looked, it was more like a German standard soup. The soup was soggy, I can't even describe, there was tiny pieces of vegetables and as I Said no actual duck meat. It was only seasoned with salt. And last it was such a small bowl.
I'm giving 3 stars out of 10 because the waitress was nice and my girlfriend even liked her soup.
I was many chinese restaurants in Hamburg.
I would give this restaurant another try and maybe try next time something else.

Great food, great service and great environment. The dishes are very tasty and reserve their original taste. The waiters are multilingual and super attentive and friendly. The dining room is bright, clean and well-decorated. I've been there three times in the past two weeks, and I really enjoyed my meals.

FuLu is a great place for a nice dinner out with friends or family. There is a nice new outdoor seating area or plenty of well arranged inside seating. The menu caters to both people looking for authentic Chinese cuisine and the more standard westernised dishes. The staff are super friendly and will recognise you after a couple visits.

The Food was just great and very fresh- very friendly personal and a awesome ambience!

The best place to eat a huge selection of great tasting Asian food (Mongolian buffet, sushi, salad bar, dumplings, etc.) and all kinds of desserts. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are very good for the overall quality. Make sure to be hungry enough!
