Three stars because price value was not very good. The burgers were pretty good. Not great. Not bad either. But they were relatively small and a "menu" of burger, Pommes, and drink for 10+€ seemed less than the value received. There were 2 employees, but one did almost all the work, so that also did not make service fast. We got both Süßkartoffel and normal Pommes, and the sweet ones were definitely better.

The prices were bad for the food quality. Honestly the currywurst from aldi is better. The staff (the blonde haired woman, who mainly works on the till) was just plain rude and unwelcoming. First i couldnt hear her and asked her to repeat what she said, this annoyed her! Then she cooks the sausage but does'nt cook the chips so we had to wait even longer( the other girl apologised for this). We left but i had to go back because she didnt give us a fork, nobody was there! When she finally came she just had bad attitude and spoke to me with a bad tone in her voice. 1 star just so im abke to write the review.

I only gave the one extra star because during the long wait I tried all your free sauces and I particularly liked the bbq sauce.

The presentation of Pommesfreunde certainly attracts, the counter is beautifully decorated and you immediately feel at home. But if the food doesn't taste good, the customers won't come back.

Erstmal, ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass Pommesfreunde eine große Anzahl an Stammkunden zu verziffern hat.

Die Preise sind sehr hoch und das Gericht ziemlich klein.

Mein Menü war, Currywurst spezial Chili cheese.

Zusammen kamen wir auf 20,70 Euro

Man erhält eine kleine Pappschale mit einer Mini Currywurst, die schon länger da im Schaufenster vor sich hin bruzzelt.
Diese Wurst war weder knusprig, noch besonders geschmackvoll.

Mann kann sich dazu dann zwischen 3 Sorten Pommes entscheiden.
Ich Fan von dünnen knusprigen Pommes erhielt ebenfalls labbrige Pommes mit dem spezial topping. Das war soweit ok.
Aber dafür 10 Euro. Ne so kann das nicht funktionieren.

Den einen Stern extra habe ich auch nur gegeben weil ich in der langen Wartezeit einmal alle eure kostenlosen soucen durchprobiert habe und mir dabei besonders die bbq Sauce geschmeckt hat.

Sicherlich lockt die Aufmachung von Pommesfreunde, die Theke ist schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Aber wenn das Essen nicht schmeckt, kommen die Kunden nicht wieder.

Ich wünsche trotzdem dem Restaurant alles Gute. Es war aufjedenfall eine Erfahrung

Die Pommes war lecker und die Portion war gut je doch der Burger ist eine Katastrophe.
Man schmeckt nur den Salat und das Brot. Die Scheibe Fleisch ist zu dünn für die 11€ und die ist nicht mal durch. Man sieht das rohe Fleisch. Auf das Pfand wird nirgendwo hingewiesen außer man schaut in die Rechnung. Deswegen findet man auch keine Gläser.

Hallo, ich und meine Freundin hatten eine Pommes bestellt allerdings bekamen wir 2 und mussten somit auch für 2 bezahlen. Wir sind schüchterne Personen und haben deshalb nichts gesagt. Dann hatten wir Hoffnung das es wenigstens gut schmeckt. Falsch gedacht. Die Pommes waren nicht gut gewürzt und nicht knusprig, deshalb war dieser Laden ein Reinfall. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.
