Tried to order takeout by phone call, staff hung up on me when it was too loud on their end to understand my order. Called again, stated my order again, including my time of arrival (20 minutes away) was told “ok” and hung up again. When I arrived, nothing was prepared, nobody even knew about my order and I was told the person answering the phone was apparently from KFC next to them. I understand it can be hard to manage calls while doing regular business but this experience left a bad taste when prices are restaurant level high and I had to wait 15+ minutes on top of being the only person waiting at that point as the mall was about to close.

War heute nach langer Zeit mit Vorfreude dort gewesen. Nette Bedienung weiblich hat meine Bestellung angenommen. Sehr angenehm. Doch als der Kollege Herr Idris (hoffe richtig geschrieben) kam und mir halb fertige Pizzen mitgeben wollte bin ich aus allen Wolken gefallen. Und es wird noch dreister seiner persönlichen Meinung waren die beiden Pizzen ok und er hat sie nicht noch mal im Ofen geschoben, trotz meiner Bitte. Zu Hause mussten wir diese noch mal im Backofen fertig backen. Ich hatte wohl noch Glück das ich das Angebot 2 für 1 bekommen habe weil die Kunden hinter mir haben es nicht mehr bekommen ‚ da hieß es nur es gibt nur noch was in der Auslage ist. 30 min vor Feierabend. Zu der netten Kollegin meinte er nur das er heute keine Lust mehr hat. Bevor er meine Pizza geschnitten hat hat er den Boden angefangen zu reinigen. Also so eine Lustlosigkeit an Personal wie ihn hab ich noch nicht gesehen in dieser Filiale.

Leider hab ich die Aktion 2 Pizzen und nur eine zahlen genommen. War gestern Abend am 16.9 dort und habe 2 Salami mitgenommen . Pizza war halb roh oder besser gesagt nicht fertig. Folge mein Magen spielte die Nacht verrückt. Denke es liegt nicht an der Qualität der Pizza sondern mehr an den lustlosen Mitarbeiter der vor Ort war . Das die Pizza nicht fertig war hätte er ja sehen können. Selbst 1 Stern ist da noch ein Stern zu viel . Bin enttäuscht und werde dort nicht mehr hingehen.
