Ich habe mir 6 verschiedene Donuts von gekauft 5 von den 6 haben auch sehr gut geschmeckt nur der 6.te (Cheesecake) muss schon lange im Regal gelegen haben bei diesem gab es bereits eine Schimmelbildung unter dem Topping.

Der Donut an sich war auch schon deutlich härter als die anderen.

Ich frag mich wie das passieren kann, gibt es keine Frische Zubereitung?

Ich hoffe es war eine Ausnahme, trotzdem bin ich enttäuscht.

Ich muss euch leider mitteilen das ich wiederholt sehr enttäuscht bin!
Ich habe euer Geschäft in der Hamburger meile in den letzten paar Wochen wieder und wieder versucht zu besuchen..leider ohne jeden Erfolg.
Meisten kommt man dort an und es ist niemand Vorort, Licht aus, keiner geht ans Telefon wenn man anruft... Dann habe ich euch auf die Email Adresse wo man auch Torten bestellt die folgende Mail geschrieben und nichtmals einen Antwort bekommen.

Und es ist immer noch regelmäßig geschlossen....

Und heute [13.12.21] dann der Hammer vormittags kurz vor 12.00 steht da eine nette Verkäuferin aber sie hatte keine Donots. Sie erklärte mir das auch nett das sie nicht beliefert wurde aber später Ware kommt.
Das ist schon traurig genug laut dem Internet hat der Laden um 10.00 aufgemacht.
Die Frau sagte mir das sie auf jeden Fall noch Donots bekommt und ich zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmal kommen sollte...
Da hatte ich schon keine Lust mehr, da ist da mal jemand und nichts ist da.

Da ich morgen Geburtstag habe braucht ich was kleines fürs Büro, also bin ich nach Feierabend gegen 17.00 erneut los zur Hamburg Meile und wie es nicht anders zu erwarten war.

Licht aus, keine Verkauferin, keine Donots
Es sind wohl doch keine mehr gekommen und ich muss mir jetzt was anderes überlegen.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und auch ein wenig schockiert das man einen Donotladen nicht offen zu halten kann.
Wenn das jetzt einen einmalige Sache wäre,wäre es halb so schlimm aber wenn sowas such an den anderen Tagen wo zu war passiert ist möchte ich nicht wissen wie viele Leute genauso enttäuscht waren wie ich.

Donazz sind lecker aber das nützt auch nichts wenn immer zu ist.

Für glutenfreie Alternativen sollte man diesen Laden auf keinen Fall aufsuchen. Was als glutenfreier "Donut" verkauft wird, ist in der Realität ein bröseliger Teig, sehr ähnlich zu Sand mit Zuckerguss oben drauf. Dazu sind sie deutlich kleiner als reguläre Donuts und deutlich teurer dazu.
Außerdem war eine der Filialen in Hamburg ohne jegliche Hinweise an einem Samstag innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten bereits geschlossen.
Definitiv keine Empfehlung.
