It's a mall. You've seen one of them, you've basically seen all of them. Nothing wrong with having lots of stores under one roof, especially in a borough like Harburg that does not have an attractive pedestrian precinct to offer as a location for those shops.

My friend lives in Harburg and he does his shopping almost exclusively in Phoenix Center. You can find almost anything your house could need there. It does get very crowded on the weekend and the place suddenly feels so small.
