I am staying in the standard apartment and I need to say, The room is spacious, clean and well equiped for either a short stay in couples or a long stay alone. The crew is cheerful, happy and always at the ready to assist with everything starting from the reservation to the documentation for the resident registration.

The lounge is tastefully decorated and clean. The residents are friendly and I will definitely return here whenever I have the chance!

Overall good, all room is clean with appropriate kitchen utensils and clean bathroom. Service is excellent with attentive staff. Nice indoor atmosphere and ambience however room size were small including bed.

My colleagues and me stayed in Hamburg for a convention and, although the trip from the convention area seemed like it could take long, it turned out great since the PHNX is so close to the Harburg station. The interior of the rooms, even though we only got to enjoy it late in the evenings, is really tastefully designed. Favourite place - the lounge on the fourth floor with a beautiful view and bar.

Derya offered fantastic service here, the room was clean and tidy and offered all amenities required. Cleaning was prompt.

The room was quiet, and service was offered whenever we needed.

really a nice place to stay, managment is so nice here, it feels like a home. i would like to rate 5 for the services from staff. Public trasport is in wakable distance. Wakable distance to supermarket like REWE ALDI and EDEKA: This place has a lounge, in which you can drink, play video game and relax.

I wish I could give 10 stars to this amazing hotel. I had an amazing experience. the hotel is very clean and all staff members starting very welcoming and humble. I love love the service it's very nice and professional, the gust relation id very helpful and very knowledgeable. I stayed 2 months and will be extended for 6 months again. I have an amazing stay. I love it and recommend it to everyone who is planning to come to visit Hamburg.

The room is clean and fully equipped. The staff are always available to solve any issues. Derye, Amelie, Philip, and Kai were really welcoming and helpful. The self check-in was really user-friendly, straight forward, easy, and fast. Also you can meet new people in the sky lounge. It is well recommended for students and also for professionals who need to stay for couple of months. However, I consider it a little bit expensive and that was the only reason for not rating it as 5 stars.
