There were empty tables in shadows of trees, where I sat with my friends.

After 5 minutes, waiter came by, closed the area and said no service. Tables on the other side, that were in the sun (currently 32 Celsius) were serviced.

We were not allowed to take their coffee to go and sit here, also.

I do not understand, why you do not let me spend my money? Why you do not like money?

Never again.

The place is beautiful but the lady running the front needs a baby course in customer relations. The one star is their attitude towards their clients. They have no worries for getting customers in. The park is what brings the customer in. The cost of a kinder cafe was daylight robbery.

Excellent location and very polite servers. The coffee could be better though.

This cafe located inside the park. It offers hot drinks and it is just next to the ice skating facility. Its a cozy and convenient place to chill.

Such a laid-back cafe in the middle of the park. They have table service for ones sitting outside. The cake was fresh and really tasty. The staff is friendly. One of my favourite places in Hamburg.

Food is alright, however what a terrible customer service, we find a table to sit down and ask for a menu, one of your male staff just point me to the front door and say 'there' and don't even look. We pick up the menu from the table and went to the bar try to order, the other staff point me outside against and said there. Feel like you need to name your cafe 'there' cause this is the only word ur staff said. I was pretty upset as I am not clear if this is a table service or self service... anyway I think after a while or looking confuse. Finally, one of your lady staff come to our table to take a order (she act like a proper waitress). At least you have one nice staff, but as a cafe I feel been treated this way is not fair and for this reason it deserve a low rating.
