Went there yesterday, was not impressed with the service. Why is it, that German bars are so against providing customers with a basic human right of tap water in a glass? I mean the conditions of the club are horrendous anyways, with all that smoke and no clean air. Simply asking for tap water is a no go, then deciding to pay for tepid water in tiny bottles by card is also a problem because you have to spend at least 20€ (please get into the 21st century). At last one of your friends goes to the bar for you to pay in cash and low and behold it takes about 10 minutes to be served, because the bartenders are all busy chatting with each other and not really paying much attention to paying customers. That seems to be the standard customer service in German night establishments.
