The room was pretty good, and location is good as well. About 20 minute walk and you are in the center, also good access to bus and train.
We only had one night so it's hard to review everything but we were pretty happy with it.
Only downside is that they list parking available, but that parking is the hotels on the other side of the road, and it costs 18 EUR per day.

Good location near Central Station. The room was in the courtyard so it was quiet. No air conditioning. In the evening, the environment is quite frightening due to drunkenness and homeless crowds, you should avoid walking on the main streets then quieter.

Absolutely great, carring service, comfy special room and WC for disabled person. Very calm area - nights there are very silent, in the neighbourhood are so many great restaurants and such a brilliant kino Savoy! u003c3 We enjoyed tasty breakfast there, so strong 10/10!

One of the reception who received us was very rude,
Hotel agreed for late check out for same price through message before travel, but once I reach hotel, reception not accepting late checkout for same price, he was very rude, we had to change our plan
Not recommending to anyone and will not be staying in future.
Please don't go with all the reviews showing 4 and 5 stars about this hotel, trust me it doesn't worth a single star.

Paid 170 per night (no breakfast included), for a small room with no A/C, little to no wifi reception, rather unhelpful staff, and self-service luggage storage. The location is ok. But for that kind of money, you'll find a better place to stay. I promise.

The hotel receptionist was really rude and made us wait for an hour to simply let us keep our bag in the morning which should have been a 2min job(the luggage room was just behind him and unlocked).
The hotel was near the Hamburg Hauptbanhof which is not the best location in Hamburg (we later realised) and the hotel was very overpriced for the location, amenities and services especially considering Radisson costed only $15 more per night and is in a much better area/likely to have better service as well.
And finally, the rooms didn't have any fridge, AC or even a phone to call room service (such is their hesitation to serve the customer). So you need to go down to get anything you need at any time, provided you also find people downstairs who provide any help.
Better to skip this hotel, not worth it

Really good location, close to the Hbf. Surrounded by really nice middle eastern restaurants. The rooms were clean and what you expect of a budget hotel. You can compare the quality to an ibis hotel.
