It was a very nice stay, my kids and I enjoyed it. The breakfast was delicious and the service was classic at the buffet, they make sure to clear your empty plates to make a place for more food???? which I honestly appreciate.

The room is very clean beautiful and bright with a nice view but during our stay the bathing towels wasn’t changed for three days until I complained and in this five days the floor wasn’t cleaned. Although the room service came in everyday to do some cleaning.

In all it is a safe and beautiful place to stay.
We will definitely visit again.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure!

Super friendly staff. We arrived a bit late to the breakfast because we were informed wrongly, but we could still enjoy a breakfast. The staff didn’t looked irritated or annoyed, they even helped us with small things. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, conveniently located close to the Aussenalster, right at the U and S train stops only 2x stations from the main station. The rooms are fairly modern and really clean, the staff is very helpful and working very hard to fulfill any request and the breakfast buffet is incredible. Absolutely worth a stay. We'll be back.

Overall it was good experience but you can improve on certain areas as listed below:
1)Breakfast Menu can be changed everyday and keep some food for Vegetarians and Vegan.
2)I faced little problem the staff with communication. So you can improve their English as every tourist will not know German.

Otherwise overall was good experience and liked it.

The cleanliness is the fundamental index to judge if a hotel is good or not. Apparently, they have a big room to improve.
The toilet had unknown hair and the sofa area had crumbs on the ground. We called them, they came, the housekeepers didn’t apologize, instead looking reluctantly to vacuum the room. Also, don’t buy the breakfast, it doesn’t worth the price.

We’re disappointed to stay at Novotel Hamburg and won’t go to any other Novotel again.

The only pros are: close to the metro and close to a nice dumpling store (dumpling studio)

Great location! Can reach the hotel by U1 and U3. Note! It's different exit location when you go U1 or U3.
The service was good, but they have open the window when they cleaned, which let in a lot bugs when we back to our room.
