Essen kam nach 1,5 h an. War aber falsch. Es wurde zwei Mal das selbe geliefert. Der Fahrer fragte dann nach kleiner aufrundung , ob wir kein Trinkgeld geben... ( Sehr unverschämt) als ich anrief , dass die Pizza falsch ist, wurde mir gesagt, dass eine neue Lieferung zu lange dauern würde, da zu viele neue Bestellung angekommen sind und wir ja nicht um die Ecke wohnen (10km).
Am Telefon dann wurde mir meine Pizza als Gutschrift versprochen ... Per Mail kam dann eine Gutschrift von 10 €... Ich kann mit der Pizza nichts anfangen, da mein Mann keine zwei großen schafft und ich eine Annas Allergie habe und sie somit nicht verwenden kann... Da bestelle ich nicht nochmal!

Ziemlich enttäuschend.... 2 Pizzen bestellt und die Lieferzeit war in Ordnung. Die Pizza meiner Freundin war auch in Ordnung. Was aber gar nicht ging, war die Anzahl der Beef Streifen auf meiner Pizza, gemessen am Produktbild. Mir ist vollkommen bewusst, dass dieses selten dem Original entspricht. Der BigMac sieht auch nicht so aus, wie auf der Werbetafel. Aber man bekommt dann wenigstens die 160g Fleisch! Leider war der Fahrer schon weg und ich musste dann in der Filiale anrufen. Dort hatte ich eine wenig lösungsorientierte Mitarbeiterin am Telefon. Die einzige Auskunft war dann, dass dies so normal ist und was ich denn für ein Problem hätte... Hab mir damn den Schichtführer geben lassen, der auch unkompliziert eine neue Lieferung angewiesen hat. Soweit so gut, dachte ich. Es kam dann auch die Austauschbestellung. Auf dieser war dann schon etwas mehr Beef drauf als auf fertig ersten Pizza. Leider aber immer noch gemessen mit dem Produktbild, viel zu wenig. Zudem kein Goodie als Sorry für die gesamte Sache. Sorry, Kundenservice geht anders!
