I am not sure why people are expecting a luxury in what they charged for. I personally think it's good value of money. It was clean and parking was available. Everything was working.
Only negative thing, you need to be careful with shower, water can flow outside.
Also people with small children there is no lift.

Last night I had a very dirty room on the ground floor, the smell of mold was filling the place and the room was full of insects and big spiders, the bathroom is very dirty I think it has not been cleaned for more than a week. They told us that the bathrooms are shared and when I received the key there was no shower. Unfortunately the experience is very bad

Nice quiet place for family, internet is very good and room are clean, definitely we will come again

Fine for 1 night. A bit noisy due the trains in the back and busy road in the front. Lidl 5 minutes walk, a good bakery 7 minutes walk.

A nice location.
If you're searching for luxury this isn't the place but if you're searching for a cheap place that is pretty clean and the staff is pleasant than this is the place for you. You will have to make your own breakfast or other food a a moderately utensil filled kitchen is there. This is a wonderfull place for the winter but the lack of ac will make it really hard in the summer. Behind the house us a lairtrack and in front a road which you will hear with open windows but NOT with closed.
I like that place and will most likely come again if I come in the cold days to Hamburg.

Its a bed and a bathroom. Thats it. Loud traffic outside, not very clean rooms. Our sink was plugged. Not going back ????
