Ich finde den Chef des Unternehmens echt unter aller Sau. Mein Bruder hatte sich dort beworben für eine Ausbildung und man hat ihm gesagt, dass er dort erstmal 2 Wochen ein Praktikum machen soll und die sich danach entscheiden werden ob die ihn nehmen. Heute als mein Bruder hingegangen ist, haben sie einfach so mal gesagt die hätten schon zwei Auszubildende und wollen keine mehr nehmen. Mein Bruder ist nur um eine Absage zu bekommen einen Weg von 1h 30 min mit Bahn und Bus gefahren nur um vom Chef zu hören dass die nicht genommen werden. Ist ja okay wenn man eine Absage bekommt aber wenn schon fest steht, dass die nicht genommen werden wieso macht man den denn eine Hoffnung. Vor allem es war nicht nur mein Bruder den sie eine Absage gegeben haben, sondern da waren noch 3 andere Jungs die dachten sie könnten dort eine Ausbildung anfangen. Nachdem erklärt wurde, dass die keine weiteren Auszubildenden nehmen sind die anderen gegangen, aber mein Bruder hat gesagt ich kann heute arbeiten einfach mal um zu sehen wie es ist in diesem Beruf zu arbeiten. Obwohl er wusste dass er nicht genommen wird, hat er dort 8 Stunden gearbeitet und in dieser Zeit haben die sich auch richtig respektlos ihm gegenüber verhalten. Nach den 8 Stunden wollten sie sogar dass er noch bleibt, doch dann war das meinem Bruder auch zu viel und er hat gesagt dass er geht. Das krasseste war auch noch, dass die erwarten dass mein Bruder noch zwei weitere wochen noch bei den ein Praktikum macht. Die wollen ja das jemand bei den die Drecksarbeit für umsonst macht. Das ganze hier geht jetzt nicht an die Mitarbeiter ich weiß leider nicht wie die sind. Ich rate euch nur euch nicht hier zu bewerben, selbst einige die dort arbeiten sind der Meinung dass der Chef die dort echt mies behandelt.
