1 Star is too much.
1 - The swimming pool was not available for several months and what has been offered? "Bonuseinzahlung" or just a part of one monthly payment was offered, which is ridiculous.
2 - they forced me to give my Covid Vaccination data three times because they did not manage to keep it in the system directly.
3 - Apparently Reception and the HQ do not have the same level of knowledge on how long the contracts have to be prolonged which led to the fact that I staid there one day without an active card and was forced to sign a new contract otherwise I wouldn't be allowed to enter the club. A week before that reception said my card has been prolonged for 4 months.
4 - Accounting. This is a nightmare. They send money back in 12 weeks! 12 weeks with the current inflation of (minimum) 6%? Seriosly?
5 - Same accounting or whoever is answering the mails offered me to come to reception to pickup "Gutschein". Just for a moment, I moved 600km away from Hamburg, you seriously think I will bother coming to reception in Hamburg to pickup this piece of paper that is of no use to me?
6- In the female chambers, every second cupboard does not respond to the card. Several times I had to call the reception and ask them to come and was waiting for them in a wet swimsuit after the training just because the cupboard did not respond. You can imagine the level of pleasure and comfort in these moments.
7 - toilet on the way to the swimming pool stinks as on Hamburg HB. Never ever has this smell gone away and every time one goes by this smell is there.
Worst service ever and 0 customer orientation and for this money!
