Apart from Emergency long waiting thing. I would say hospital has very lively environment and cooperative staff. I was in the hospital for 4 days because of pregnancy excessive nauseau0026 vomiting, I’m convinced for writing this review so it could help making decision by other patients as well.Highly Qualified Doctors how they treated And attend their patients fully u0026 answer to all the queries.MariensKrankenhaus whole team is very cooperative and welcoming towards their patients.. also kindness and personal attention shown by the hospital staff ( Nurses, Hebamme) helped me overcome my fears. For which i decided will definitely deliver my baby here .

It is the best hospital i ever visited in my life. The midwife's and doctors are so friendly and informative. They give consultation on each and every topic after the baby birth.

Valeria an Italian midwife was empathic and sweet and I wish she would have been there my whole birth but then Armina (im not sure about her name I remember she said she she was from armenia) came and she was rude to me and my husband and while I was in pain she told me im too sensitive and that I should have stayed at home, even tho I was induced. seemed like she didn't read the file And was just evil. she should look for a different job. The rest of the personal was good . But that women will forever live in my memory as one of the worst profesional ever.

Very disappointing and slow service. We went there instead of a clinic because of emergency. We went in at 11 am and waited till 2:30 and still no signs of our turn in the queue. This is not a hospital but was more like a private clinic or something. We were not treated on time. Very disappointing! We are looking for a new hospital now. It doesn't seem like developed country at all with such an inefficient health care system.

from arriving at the reception with tight chest to being in the ward after having a stemp inserted to repair a blocked artery was 90 minutes. Having very limited German the communication from everybody was brilliant. From the top professor down to the cleaners all were super professional and friendly and all worked with a smile on their face. I cannot thank everyone enough for what they did for me.

Personally I am torn, this hospital is great for having a baby. We have had one child there and our experience was great. However, we have had two emergencies, one was potentially very dangerous was with my daughter. She had a fever over 104 F 40 C and they would not see her because she was a child. My wife went in for extreme pain in her ear, and first they said an hour, then they stated that they wouldn't be able to see her for several hours because they had to look in her ear. Then gave her a paper with other hospitals on it she could visit. Looking in someones ear should not take 4 hours. Why even have an emergency room? If you have an emergency this hospital is useless.

Nice place to sit outside in the garden and on the terraces. There is a café in one of the hospital buildings, staff onsite are ready to help and give advice. It is not too far away from Public-Transport such as buses and the underground train service. Taxis can be ordered anywhere, since there are many pick-up points.Good cell phone reception and some Wi-Fi is available in some areas as well as within the hospital itself.
