Authentic Indian cuisine… Indian curry is a big deal in my hometown and I really enjoyed my lunch here. I ordered a spicy Lamb curry. Not so cheap but definitely affordable. Quality service also. Amazing decor u0026 atmosphere ????????

Delicious experience u003e the atmosphere and food were both tops. We had veg and vegan dishes, which were rich, creamy goodness and absolutely satisfying. We had sides of Raita and a mango chili pickle which simply added to the overall palette. We also paired this with the house wine from India, nicely matched! Highly recommend.

Worst good ever had.
We ordered sizzler and this what they gave us,even the mutton smells foul. All the dishes taste same sweet we ordered spicy, even the quality is yuck.I suggest them to change there cook.
Even they show online that they are opened till 12:00 but they are not.
But the service was good but the food was yuck.we all vomit after tasting it.

I’m never going to order from here again. They cannot make the bhature properly. Look at the photo - this is what they sell for €12. I made a mistake by ordering but never again. Please I would suggest rather go to Sarvana, Maharaja or even badshah for 100 times better food. This food had to be wasted. I don’t like wasting food and money. So last time.

My favourite Indian restaurant in Hamburg. Everything in the menu tastes amazing, you can always ask for mild, medium or very spicy food and the staff is always kind and fast. Love it!

Food was great, a bit more westernized than the Indian food I have tried before but the best I have found so far in Hamburg. I did ask the staff to make it really spicy. Food was also well presented.

Maharani is an elegant Indian restaurant that has many vegan options. The chefs are from northern India and have a lot of experience in creating unique Indian dishes. We started with a chutney platter: tamarin, mango, chili, and cilantro. It was served with papadam bread seasoned with caraway that is vegan and gluten-free (rice and lentil flour). The presentation is very charming and the atmosphere is comfortable. The inside is decorated with many Indian items and comfortable sitting throughout the restaurant. We had Bindi Masala with unique flavoured okra and peppers in a ginger, tomato, curry, and onion sauce with grated coconut (14.50 euros). The Vegetable Jalfraisi had many vegetables: cauliflower, zucchini, peas, beans, carrot, and ginger (12 euros). All dishes are served with basmati rice that is seasoned with caraway and parsley. The flavour can be regulated to mild, medium, or hot. I loved that our dishes were decorated with star carrots, rose tomatoes and pomegranate.
