We sent our Europicola Professional espresso machine to Benvenuto in Hamburg, for repair and servicing. Our machine has been for service to London, Glasgow, and a local free-lancer who worked for a cafe in Paris. Not ever have we had it back in perfect condition, working beautifully as if it was brand new, until now. The excellence of Benvenuto's servicing and renovation is second to none. We are very pleased and are sending our back-up La Pavoni machine for a service and repair, after the holidays.

i went to so many cafes in Hamburg and this is one of the best to be honest, very kind staff and the Espresso is Fantastic you can have the italian experience in the middle of Hamburg.
