Had JB BBQ burger - taste good but it's just like a fast food burger. Nothing makes it special and stand out. Reason being: the burger bun, patty and fries..those kind of food from fast food chain.

JB Bergedorf is incredible. I eat here at least 2-3 times a week. When flying in from America, first place I go to when I arrive—always.

Their service and friendliness to customers is great. Can I KT recommend it. :)

Tasty burger and good prices. Its finished pretty quick. It's fastfood but it doesnt matter

Was expecting a good burger here but is only a little bit better then Burger King. Also the staff was uninterested and even arguing with each other in front of the guests. Will never go here again!

I've had their veggie burger in Berlin and that was super delicious, which is why I expected the same from this branch, however it didn't live up to the expectations. The burgers were cold and the tables weren't clean.
