We stayed there for two nights. You walk from the stellingen station about 6 min, and every 3-5 minutes comes S-Bahn. It was just a bit complicated with reception, no lift, so we had to pull our stuff up to 4th floor. Room is really cute n tiny, really clear, comfortable. I loved it

Terrible service, no check-in. Locked door with a bell that is not responded to, need to call the guy and takes him about 5 minutes to come downstairs. No elevator but around 8 stairs if you're on the top floor.

Pay €20/50 more and go to a decent hotel

Sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ohne hohe Ansprüche geignet. Für längere Aufenthalte generell ungeeignet, da es wärend des Aufenthalts keinen Zimmerservice gibt, somit werden selbstverständliche Dinge wie Toilettenpapier nicht nachgefüllt. Zudem ist es auch Nachts durch vorbeifahrende und Hupende Züge sehr laut und es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer richtig abzudunkeln. Die Tür des Zimmers war auch sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Ich persönlich würde mir für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Hamburg ein anderes Hotel suchen, auch wenn es etwas mehr kostet.
