This is the third time I have been staying here, and if I hadn't had the experienced I did this time, the hotel would have been a 2 and a half star. But this time our bag was stolen, from our table at the breakfast buffet, and we discovered how little safety there is, and how little the employes care.
It looks like there is almost no surveliance cameras at the hotel except at the entrance and the parking house, but they said there was no surveliance, so they didn't have to waste too much time on us. Also anybody from the street can come in and just walk up to the rooms or in our case go into the breakfast buffet, hang around until they find a victim and take your stuff. So if you value a place where security is important then you should look at another hotel.

Location: 15-20 mins away from city center by U-Bahn.
Facilities: Overall it was good, there is even a mini-fridge. Would have expected a kettle but none provided.

I never seen like this Hotel before, I don't know how the said 4 star hotel i can't give them even 1 star.
Dirty, expensive, bad customer services, in the room don't have even normal water for sale or cattle to make tea or coffee ????

The hotel itself was fine. But one hotel employee was extremely rude on multiple times. Won't be coming there again.

Upon arrival they asked us to pay but could not provide an invoice because, in her words "it would take like ten minutes". She asked us to pick up the invoices in the morning. Upon requesting the invoices in the morning, they could not print them out for us. They said they would email them to us.

The room was relatively clean, but smelled lightly of cigarette smoke even though the room was no smoking. The hallways stank strongly of it.

The whole place feels like a cheapo budget hotel, but it has quite a bit higher than budget hotel prices.

Great place. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Underground in walking distance. Will come back if in Hamburg.

Let's make it clear; it is a 3-Star hotel. Only prices are 4 stars. Alsi, you can still smell the smoke in the rooms. Recommended only, if you want to spend a lot of time on sightseeing\programs in Hamburg and you would go to the hotel for a good sleep. Way too average and far frim the city center to be more than that.
