The lady at reception was very helpful, my wife felt dizzy a little bit and we got the room earlier than usual, so she could rest as soon as possible. The area quiet, the bus 6 is very convenient, the bus stop is just a couple of minutes. Highly recommended hotel.

Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and parquet floor in the middle of Hamburg, 5 minutes to the Alster, perfect breakfast (intercontinental), best service (front desk, rooms or at breakfast) -u003e I will book here whenever I will visit Hamburg

Nice and very clean little room but no sound insulation and no reception over night.
