The staff here is very pleasant and the breakfast is great. The rooms are nice but don’t expect a Hilton quality. The hotel can be difficult to find, and is walking distance from the harbor, red light district, and transportation. I would definitely stay here again, especially during Christmas time, Hamburg is beautiful and the Christmas markets are wonderful. It also was priced competitively.

I stayed at the hotel twice. The staff spoke excellent English and even though more than 2 years separated both visits. The person at the front desk remembered me. The breakfast offered by the hotel was very good. The location is very good. close to the waterfront and within a 30 minute walk to the downtown area. The walk, though long, is well worth it and is a great way to see the city. The hotel is very modern and clean. I had no issues at all while staying there. Staff is helpful. The area is kind of historic and touristy.

I advise you search for Reeperbahn before you stay here. It's a pretty "dodgy" Street to many foreigner people, although it's mostly legal. I had no idea how close all that was and was quite uncomfortable with it.

Other than that, the hotel is decent. Breakfast is fine, the rooms are alright. Nothing stands out as really good or bad.

Ist finde and exelently Dinner and wine, in good location. The Service are professionell and nice.
