Although the hotel is located in a perfect location and the room is beautiful, the service was very bad. One of the staff in the morning is not friendly at all. One can have a bad impression at the start of the day at the breakfast time. One can sense discriminatory treatment.
However, the breakfast is very poor!
Not recommended at all.

In general:
The website images do only partly show the flair. It's a Bollywood bling bling joint with lots of Marilyn Monroe and Americana posters. Including breakfast room with pop music videos.
Some might like that.
Furnishings were all relatively new and in working order.

Plus: very clean

Minus:
1. Staff not able to call a cab. (Really!)
2. Offered 24h concierge u003d not true. no service after 8pm, so forget cold drink access after 8. The fridge is locked.
3. Breakfast is rich of lowest quality products and thus too expensive
4. Rooms were towards courtyard requested and towards street side provided
5. Separated beds were ordered and double bed provided
6. 3 bed room was too small for three people .... at least one needs to be a small child.
7. No phone, no meals available

Sorry guys, the hotel selection is too large to come again.

Good accomodation, one of our front desk hosts was very hospitable and kind, stored our luggage for us. However, our room wasn't ready on time - we were sent up to our room to find it still being cleaned and we sat in the hallway waiting for it to finish.

Nice clean and quiet room. Hardy ever anyone in the reception. Small stairs to access the room floors. Low-end in price to standard ratio.

Cheap, quaint, clean and great value for money!

We ordered on a whim when deciding to stay an extra night. The place is extremely centrally located, but quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff, clean premises and great rooms, comfortable beds and newly done bathrooms.
