After a particularly bad day I arrived with a last minute booking. The gentleman on reception and the lady serving in the restaurant were very friendly, nice people, food was good too.
Had a very early check out and without asking they'd provided me with a breakfast to take away.
5*service it's the people that make a stay memorable. Thank you.

Strategic place in Hamburg, very friendly and professional staff, I asked special meal in a specific time and the cook came straight away to take my order.
Nice and clean rooms, good food, I definitely recommend.

It's not the hotel's fault that all the junkies in Hamburg decided to get high and lot worse literally 100 m away from it (because of Drop Inn, the "get high with clean needles" moronic iniciative from the government) so the location is both amazing (U bahn and S bahn) and horrific becauae if the above mentioned shady characters. Shame. Needs restoration asap.

This is a gem located in Central Hamburg. I've stayed there countless times. Friendly staff, clean and best breakfasts! Not a chain which is fabulous
