This is a large restaurant and event venue in a very nice location. The interior is nice and the restaurant features a large and nice outdoor eating area. The restaurant is facing south/west so the afternoons in the summer can be spectacular and make a great location for simply having a drink or a coffee and watching the people pass by.
The food is good, and comes reasonably quickly. We tried fish and shrimp dishes and both were very good.
We would have rated the restaurant five if it hadn’t been for the cold staff. We didn’t get a feeling that we were very welcome. The waitress took our orders while looking away at other tables. The waiter bringing the food was inattentive and seemed uninterested in his job.
We will come back for the food though, but it would be nice with more professional staff.

Fiance and I flew in from Ireland and found this place on Google.
Very cozy and romantic place to have dinner. Great choice of food and drinks.
Food came out in a decent time, great tasting. Worth the money.
The service was great and servers friendly. All good English as well and we didn't have a problem communicating.

The only small con I'd say is the spacing, it's a little cramped together but not worth giving 1 less star.

Located in a nice area, we enjoyed our dinner on the terrace. The food was good, service was standard. I’m a bit puzzled that i was charge an extra 1.50€ for asking a dish without bacon as I dont eat meat, first time having to pay extra for removing an ingredient ????

Very nice Asian Italian fusion restaurant. Yes, on the expensive side but posher for that. Pasta was very good. Fish was nice. I am no judge, but apparently steak was very good too. Good presentation.
Note: they ask for smart and smart casual clothing.

Ambiance is unique and pleasant. The food selection is impressive and should offer something for everybody. Service was a bit spotty for my taste but OK. Will most likely eat here again when back in Hamburg.

Great food and excellent service. We had soup, sushi, and the burgers. Tiramisu was good, not amazing. Staff super friendly and overall great experience.

Gorgeous restaurant with very attentive service. Interior with a luxery touch, while the exterior feels like vacation at the sea. But no view at the Alster, which is not necessary for a good mood enjoying the food. The Scholle Finkenwerder was excellent as well as the appetizers. The menu is very big ranging from Sushi to Steak and fish.
