The service of this place is great. Everyone was sweat and arranged dinner for us (2 people) without a reservation on a busy night. However our dinner was not worth its price. I myself had a steak and was disappointed to pay over 30 euros for such a poor quality steak. I understand it's not a steak house but was disappointed with how much I had to pay for such a meal. Other than that the rest of the food, the service and the aesthetic of the place were good.

We arrived without a booking on a VERY busy evening. The guy on the front desk was LOVELY... Said he would do his best but we could be waiting a little while. We were seated within 5 minutes though which was a bonus. Our server was great fun and very attentive. Food tasted great and the pricing was reasonable.

Edwin is AMAZING! We had problems on Google setting a reservation and he was extremely helpful in rectifying the issues and confusion. I didn't get the bartenders name and I wish I did. Black with Dreads, he was sweet/kind and funny. He makes amazing drinks! I'd be back just to sit at the bar! Aline (hoping I spelt that right) our server was so awesome, kind and wonderful with our two young ones. She fast and efficient! Speaks great English which I was thankful for. (Actually, all the staff we encounterd did). We've been to one in almost every country we've been too and this is definitely one of the top! I'll definitely be back if we make it back to Hamburg!

Great atmosphere, good service, nice food. Well worth going to - it's the Hard Rock Cafe experience!!

Great Experience as always when visiting the Hard Rock Cafe's. Sadly we did not get our place with view on the river, like promised when making the reservation. But these things happen. Had the steaks which were amazing!

Generally Hamburgers are less friendly than their counterparts in Berlin, but they actually go out of their way to make amends later on. As in the Hard Rock Cafe, the first choice of table was not convenient but the waiters wouldn’t allow change till they were sure the area desired was open to all, even though there were already people eating there. But they came by later on and allowed the table change so all is well. The shop assistant at the Hard Rock Cafe store also allowed last minute shopping despite it being time of closing. Views of the Elbe entertaining as always
