A good, modern hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were quite large, slightly dusty but otherwise no complaints. There is no AC in the room so it can get quite warm during the night. Its also quite noisy outside.

If you arrive after 22:00 or forget your access card inside, you will end up sleeping in the street. They don't answer the phone or even the emergency number they give.

I had a reservation and when I arrived at the hotel at 23.00 nobody was at the reception: nobody reachable on the phone, I came from abroad to Germany and found myself with no place to sleep after I had paid: this is crazy. What kind of hotel is this?
