Heute (letzter Postliefertag) wurde es immer noch nicht geliefert. 2x beim Kundendienst angerufen das erste Mal am 09.12.2021 da wurde mir versichert es wird gleich versendet (es gab Probleme bei den Geschenkverpackungen) das Paket kam nicht also am 22.12.2021 nochmal angerufen da wurde mir erklärt es wurden alle am 20.12.2021 versendet und ich sei nicht die Erste die bereits angerufen hat(wann es geliefert werde) man soll halt drauf hoffen das es sich ausgeht. Ich find sowas nicht lustig ich bestelle es im November um sicher zugehen das es zu Weihnachten auch ankommt. Jetzt kann ich selber einen Proforma-Gutschein basteln weil es in der Logistik und in der Auftragsabwicklung mit den Mitarbeitern wohl nicht funktioniert. Ich empfehle jeden sich den Gutschein selber auszudrucken da wie es aussieht selbst 4 Wochen Bearbeitungszeit zu wenig für das Unternehmen sind.
