Hallo zusammen,
Ich bin seit 4 Jahren da und nicht nur da, sondern auch aktiv. Super tolle Atmosphäre. Jeder kennt jeden. Man kann lachen, Spaß haben und stellt euch vor, man trainiert doch auch richtig super geil. Es werden verschiedene Kurse angeboten z.b. Abspeckurse, Spinning, Dehnung usw. Man wird echt gut beraten. Es wird auch wirklich darauf geachtet das man die Geräte richtig benutzt. In großen Fitnesscentren bekommt man einmal wenn überhaupt eine Einweisung und das war's. In diesem Studio ist es überhaupt kein Problem mehrmals nachzufragen und natürlich mit Erklärung. Dieses Studio ist für jung alt. Beim meinem letzten Spaziergang ist mir nicht entgangen, dass dort wohl Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden. Ich bin echt gespannt, was alles erneuert wurde. Ich hoffe jedenfalls dass die Hütte bald wieder offen hat und alle wieder trainieren können. Sportliche Grüße an alle. Bleibt so wie Ihr seit Anja die blonde mit dem Zopf :-)
