We bought tickets for the New Year's cruise. First they would only accept money transfer. Then after several emails, they said that now I could pay by credit card. We did. Then a few days later I received another email stating that they had not received payment, and that this would need to be paid within 2 days or we would be declined as this ride always sells out. I replied that we had paid and I had the confirmation email. We arrived at the Landungsbrucken 10. Showed her my confirmation and we were confirmed to be on the boat. We paid $60. Euro for each of these tickets. The sign on their booth said you could get on the boat for only $20. Euro. That was not nice. We were to leave the harbour at 11 p.m., but did not leave until 11:20. The cruise was to be from 11p.m. to 1 a.m. We were docked back in the harbour at 12:45 a.m. Also, at the stroke of midnight we were to receive a glass of champagne. We only received a doughnut. Very disappointing. While the show of fireworks on the shores were stunningly beautiful, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not book with them again.
