The shop was great but unfortunately, the fishes I bought were not healthy i only realize after coming home. The fins were bitten over breeded fishes. I didn't check other area of the shop but didn't find good for fishes also overly pricy.

I like this store. We have an aquarium, and everything can be found here for our little hobby. The crew is always helpful, and there are some real aqua-jedis. The fishes are always seems OK, the aquariums are not overstocked. And I almost forgot the plants: not too much, but there can be found for most setups. Above this, there are everything for pets, and I mean literally for the most of the pets.

The store is nice enough, but unfortunately had a bad experience with the customer service.
Had ordered frozen rats for our snake. Rats were not there in time (but would arrive when I was already on holiday), store refused to postpone, cancel or refund the order.
Long story short they took the money and left me hanging.

One more place to add to the list that you have to explain a maestro card and that's akin to an EC card they cannot understand MasterCard or visa debit card it's beyond their understanding it's like you've just arrived from the 21st-century into the 1500 hundreds. Apart from that they are well stocked and over all apart from the payment issues they are very helpful.

Very good pet store. Found everything I needed that I couldn't find in their website. Good customer service too.
