First it was the payments throughtout the lockdown and being promised additional months when one cancels, now the price was increased overnight with no notice or information from anyone, utterly unprofessional! You're playing with peoples money!!!!!

Since the owner has changed to Fitnessland, the service has become horrible.
The reception staff are misinformed, obviously not trained well enough to handle administrative topics, and the manager does nothing to support the client against the lack of competency of his employees. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

the worst customer service. The gym also lost most of the quality since it's no longer Kingdom of Sports. Fitnessland decreased the quality of service and does not know the definition of customer service.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
